January 14

We practised how to land safely and minimize impact the tumbling with M. Trevor. We then went to the library to select some new books.
We read a little more of The Crumble Lady and played Mad Libs with short texts from Charlie and The Chocolate Factory to practise how understanding of parts of speech.
In science, some students shared their sound amplifying/blocking devices. We shared ideas about how we could have improved our devices and discussed why some were more successful than others. As a class, we came to realize that making mistakes and improving upon design is a crucial part of science.
We had centres this afternoon and Madame Moreau came by the help us with our math.
