We started the day by working on unfinished items in our folders and then had music with Madame Zdrill. We went on the Canadian climber during P.E. and then we reflected on the first few chapters of the novel we are reading in English - The Iron Man. We started to think about similes and how we could use them to describe the titular character's giant proportions.

After lunch, Madame Moreau came by to help us with our measurements in Math and then we went to do afternoon reading buddies with Kindergarten. We helped them practise their writing, showing them the correct way to write certain letters to form sentences.

We finished the day by discussing how to be a good friend and shared instances in which we had been a good friend. This will be an ongoing topic as we look at conflict avoidance and resolution as a class.
